Package Holding Terms and Conditions

By using Diverse Storage’s Mailbox Units and service, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Scope
    Diverse Storage offers limited package holding services, which include the acceptance and secure storage of eligible packages under the conditions outlined herein.

  2. Eligibility Criteria

    • Each individual package must weigh less than 10 pounds (4.5 kg) and be no larger than a banker’s box or document storage box.

    • Individuals must have Diverse Storage’s address, unit number, & business name on any mail sent to the facility.

    • Packages may be stored in a secure Diverse storage locker by staff for a maximum period of five (5) business days from the date of delivery.

  3. Notification
    Customers will be notified of package arrival via the email address and/or telephone number on file. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure contact information remains current and accurate.

  4. Key Authorization
    Prior to using this service, customers must complete and sign a Key Authorization Form authorizing the facility to hold a key or access code to the customer’s designated locker. This form must be signed at the time of mailbox unit sign-up and is a condition of service enrolment. The Key Authorization Form will be retained on file for the duration of the customer’s tenancy and may be revoked in writing at any time, subject to suspension of this service.

  5. Access and Handling
    If a customer provides advance consent and access (e.g., locker key or code), Diverse Storage’s staff may transfer packages into the designated locker on behalf of the Customer. This service is performed solely at the Customer’s risk and discretion.

  6. Prohibited Items
    All packages must comply with Diverse Storages’s house rules and prohibited items policy, which prohibits the storage or delivery of any illegal, hazardous, perishable, flammable, or otherwise restricted materials. Any package in violation will be refused, returned to sender, or reported to the appropriate authorities.

  7. Liability Disclaimer
    Diverse Storage does not accept liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages under any circumstances. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all risk associated with shipping, delivery, and storage of packages remains solely with the Customer and/or the courier.

  8. Refusal of Service
    Diverse Storage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any package or suspend this service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Amendments
Diverse Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of this service following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

$100 Amazon Gift Card Contest

  1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of British Columbia aged 19 or older. Employees of Vaultra Self Storage and Diverse Storage, its affiliates, and their households are not eligible.

  2. Contest Period: Entries close November 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PT).

  3. Prize: One (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

  4. Winner Selection: A random draw will be held on November 30, 2025. Odds depend on total eligible entries.

  5. Notification: The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 5 business days. If no response within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

  6. Skill-Testing Question: To claim the prize, the winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

  7. General: No purchase necessary. Diverse Storage may cancel or amend this contest at any time. The contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.

  8. Privacy: Personal information collected is used solely for contest administration, in accordance with Diverse Storage’s Privacy Policy.

“Storage Goals” Contest

Official Contest Rules and Regulations

1. SPONSOR

The “Storage Goals” contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Vaultra Asset Management, which manages and operates Diverse Storage (the “Sponsor”), 45225 Keith Wilson Road, Chilliwack, British Columbia V2R 5S1 

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Friday, June 12, 2026 and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Saturday, July 19, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the close of the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the Province of British Columbia who are nineteen (19) years of age or older (the age of majority in British Columbia) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and the members of their immediate families (parent, sibling, spouse, or child, regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they reside, are not eligible to enter or win.

Entrants who enter through Instagram must hold a valid, public Instagram account registered in their own name and must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use. No social media account is required to enter by mail (see Rule 4(b)).

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — HOW TO ENTER

(a) Instagram entry. During the Contest Period: (i) follow @diversestorage on Instagram; (ii) take a photo or video of the clutter you’re ready to send to storage; and (iii) post it to your public Instagram account, tagging @diversestorage and including the hashtag #MyStorageGoals. The post must be set to public and remain public for the duration of the Contest Period so the entry can be located and verified.

(b) Mail-in entry. To enter without a purchase or a social media account, print a photo of your clutter and mail it, along with your full name, telephone number, email address, and the words “Storage Goals Contest” clearly written on it, to: Storage Goals Contest, c/o Diverse Storage, 45225 Keith Wilson Road, Chilliwack, British Columbia V2R 5S1.

Mail-in entries must be received by the Sponsor no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on Saturday, July 19, 2026. Mail-in entries have the same chance of winning as Instagram entries.

Limit of one (1) entry per person across all entry methods. Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means are void.

5. ENTRY CONTENT CONDITIONS

By entering, each entrant confirms that their photo or video: (a) is their own original content, taken by the entrant; (b) does not include any person who can be identified, other than the entrant, unless that person’s consent has been obtained (and the consent of a parent or guardian for anyone under 19); (c) does not contain content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by the Sponsor; and (d) does not infringe the rights, including intellectual property rights, of any third party.

By entering, each entrant grants the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, and display their entry content on the Sponsor’s social media channels, website, and marketing materials, with credit to the entrant’s account where reasonably practicable. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. PRIZE

There is one (1) prize package available to be won (the “Prize”). The Prize consists of:

(a) one (1) Trionda Pro Ball — approximate retail value $250 CAD;

(b) one (1) Uber Eats gift card — value $100 CAD; and

(c) Complimentary storage with a value of up to $150 CAD, provided at Diverse Storage, 45225 Keith Wilson Road, Chilliwack, British Columbia, based on availability. The storage unit must be reserved by December 31, 2026 and occupancy must begin no later than January 31, 2027, or this component of the Prize is forfeited. 

Total approximate retail value of the Prize: $500 CAD.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded, is not transferable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the Prize or component becomes unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of their respective issuers.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

On Monday, July 20, 2026 at approximately 2 p.m. PT, one (1) eligible entry will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place at Diverse Storage, 45225 Keith Wilson Road, Chilliwack, British Columbia. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION, SKILL-TESTING QUESTION, AND CLAIMING THE PRIZE

The selected entrant will be notified within two (2) business days of the draw — by direct message to the Instagram account used to enter, or by telephone or email for mail-in entries. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must: (a) correctly answer, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question; and (b) sign and return the Sponsor’s declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release form.

If a selected entrant does not respond within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, cannot be reached, fails the skill-testing question, declines the Prize, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the selected entrant will be disqualified and forfeits the Prize, and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select another eligible entry by random draw for the Prize.

9. PUBLICITY

By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of their name, city of residence, photograph, likeness, and entry content in Contest-related publicity and Sponsor marketing materials, in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding the Prize, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy available at vaultrastorage.ca, and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Entrants will not be added to any marketing list by virtue of entering the Contest unless they separately opt in.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

All entries become the property of the Sponsor for the purposes of Contest administration, and none will be returned. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or entry, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to amend these Official Rules or to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, for any reason, including in the event of an error, technical problem, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control that interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest. The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

12. RELEASES AND NON-AFFILIATION

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability in connection with this Contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor, not to Instagram or Meta.

This Contest is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or in any way associated with adidas, Uber Technologies Inc., or Uber Eats, or any of their respective affiliates. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to factually identify the prize being awarded.

By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
