1. Promotion Eligibility

  • The Buy 12 Weeks, Get 12 Weeks Free promotion is valid on select smart storage units only at Diverse Storage, located at 45225 Keith Wilson Road, Chilliwack, BC.

  • Additional promotional options may apply, including Buy 4 Weeks, Get 4 Weeks Free and Buy 8 Weeks, Get 8 Weeks Free, depending on unit type and availability.

  • The promotion is available to new customers only.

  • Referral bonuses are not applicable on promotional units.

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers.

2. Free Period Details

  • Customers will receive the corresponding free rental period (4, 8, or 12 weeks) after purchasing the matching paid rental period (4, 8, or 12 weeks) on eligible storage units.

  • The free rental period applies to the base rental rate only. Additional services—such as locks, insurance, or smart unit add-ons—are not included in the free period.

4. Unit Selection

  • The promotion applies only to specific unit sizes and types.

  • Availability is subject to change, and units are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payment Terms

  • Customers must pay for the applicable initial rental period (4, 8, or 12 weeks) in accordance with standard billing procedures.

  • Following the free rental period, regular monthly rental fees apply.

Promotional Price Terms: Promotional prices are valid only for the specific promotional period selected at the time of booking (e.g., “12 Weeks Free”). After the promotional period ends, customers will be billed every 4 weeks at the regular unit rate, as listed on the date of reservation.

Stacked Lockers Admin Fee: There is no administration fee for stacked locker rentals at Diverse Storage.

Package Holding Terms and Conditions

By using Diverse Storage’s Mailbox Units and service, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Scope
    Diverse Storage offers limited package holding services, which include the acceptance and secure storage of eligible packages under the conditions outlined herein.

  2. Eligibility Criteria

    • Eligibility Criteria

      • Each individual package must weigh less than 10 pounds (4.5 kg) and be no larger than a banker’s box or document storage box.

      • Individuals must have Diverse Storage’s address, unit number, & business name on any mail sent to the facility.

      • Packages may be stored in a secure Diverse storage locker by staff for a maximum period of five (5) business days from the date of delivery.

  3. Notification
    Customers will be notified of package arrival via the email address and/or telephone number on file. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure contact information remains current and accurate.

  4. Access and Handling
    If a customer provides advance consent and access (e.g., locker key or code), Diverse Storage’s staff may transfer packages into the designated locker on behalf of the Customer. This service is performed solely at the Customer’s risk and discretion.

  5. Prohibited Items
    All packages must comply with Diverse Storages’s house rules and prohibited items policy, which prohibits the storage or delivery of any illegal, hazardous, perishable, flammable, or otherwise restricted materials. Any package in violation will be refused, returned to sender, or reported to the appropriate authorities.

  6. Liability Disclaimer
    Diverse Storage does not accept liability for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages under any circumstances. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all risk associated with shipping, delivery, and storage of packages remains solely with the Customer and/or the courier.

  7. Refusal of Service
    Diverse Storage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any package or suspend this service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Amendments
Diverse Storage reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of this service following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

$100 Amazon Gift Card Contest

  1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of British Columbia aged 19 or older. Employees of Vaultra Self Storage and Diverse Storage, its affiliates, and their households are not eligible.

  2. Contest Period: Entries close November 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PT).

  3. Prize: One (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

  4. Winner Selection: A random draw will be held on November 30, 2025. Odds depend on total eligible entries.

  5. Notification: The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 5 business days. If no response within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

  6. Skill-Testing Question: To claim the prize, the winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question.
